On our way...

To being gluten-free. It's not so daunting now. I made my first successful rice version of breadsticks the other night, and they turned out yum, yum, yummy! We have also tried gluten-free pizza, brownies, and last night chicken enchiladas. Gavin's test results have come back all negative, so he has no allergies and no celiac disease, but we are still going to try our experiment. I think about another week or two and we'll be to totally gluten-free!
