Before going gluten-free, (which we've been now for a full week!) Ben wanted to try making rainbow cupcakes. My Google page had pictures of such cupcakes for the theme, and Ben decided he wanted to try it out. They turned out really cool looking and very yummy tasting. Gavin wanted to help dad make the icing. He ended up with powder sugar all over his forehead. I spent the next 15 minutes trying to get a picture of it. If you look closely at the picture of me kissing Gavin, you can see the powder sugar.
